There will be 7 classes over 7 weeks

The last class will be December 2nd

375 for the program.

Dress code. T-shirt, Athletic/gym pants. Socks. Sneakers. Please bring your own water or sports drink of your choice, do not send soda or surgary drinks. Water is provided for those that need.
